Injectables are non-surgical treatments performed in-clinic to soften lines, restore volume, and improve skin quality. Done well, they’re virtually undetectable — you’ll simply look rested, balanced, and like yourself.
The category covers a few different treatment types. Each one works a little differently, and each suits different aesthetic goals. We’ll explain which (if any) is right for you during your consultation.
Realistic outcomes. Injectables produce real, visible changes — but they can’t replace surgery, and results vary from person to person. We’re honest about what’s achievable, and we’ll never recommend a treatment we don’t believe is right for you.

Your first visit to Aurum is a conversation — not a sales pitch. We’ll ask what you’d like to explore, look at your facial structure, talk about what’s bothering you, and outline options clearly. If we don’t think treatment is right for you right now, we’ll say so.

Will I look frozen or overdone?
Our approach is deliberately conservative — you should always look like yourself, just refreshed. We titrate doses carefully, follow up after every treatment, and adjust based on how your results develop. If at any point you don’t love the result, we’ll work with you to balance it.
How long do results last?
Longevity depends on the specific product, the area treated, and your individual metabolism. Anti-wrinkle treatments typically last 3–4 months; dermal fillers 6–18 months depending on the area and product. We’ll discuss realistic timelines at your consultation.
Is there downtime?
Most injectable appointments take 30–60 minutes with minimal downtime. You may experience mild redness, swelling, or bruising at the injection sites for a few days. We’ll give you clear aftercare instructions.
What does it cost?
Treatment pricing depends on the products used, the areas treated, and the amount of product needed for your individual goals. We’ll always provide a clear quote before any treatment begins — no surprises.
Is this safe?
All injectable treatments carry some risk, including (rarely) bruising, swelling, asymmetry, or in the case of dermal fillers, more serious vascular events. We’ll walk you through the risks and benefits of any specific treatment before going ahead.
