Do I need a referral?
No referral is needed. You can request a consultation directly via our contact page or by calling one of our three locations. Our team will be in touch within one business day.
How much does a consultation cost?
Initial consultations at Aurum are complimentary. They’re an investment in understanding what you need — not a sales pitch. Any treatment pricing is discussed separately, with full transparency.
Will I look frozen or overdone?
Our approach is deliberately conservative. We titrate doses carefully, follow up after every treatment, and adjust based on how your results develop. You should always look like yourself — just refreshed.
Are treatments safe across all skin tones?
Many treatments work well across all skin tones, but some (notably certain laser wavelengths) carry higher risk for darker complexions. We’ll always be honest about what’s suitable for your skin and what isn’t.
Can I finance my treatment?
For treatment packages and larger plans we offer financing options through third-party providers. We’ll walk you through this during your consultation — with no pressure to take it up.
