Treatment Area

Cheeks & Jawline.

Whether you’re noticing age-related volume loss in the cheeks, wanting a more defined jawline, or bothered by a fuller chin profile — there are well-established treatments that can refine and balance these features without surgery.

What we mean by cheeks & jawline.

These treatments address two different things: adding volume or definition where it’s been lost or never present, and reducing volume where it’s become unwanted. The first uses hyaluronic-acid dermal fillers; the second uses fat-dissolving injectables or muscle-relaxing neuromodulators. We’ll be honest about which is right for you — or whether a combination makes sense.

Less is more in this area. The right amount of filler in the right place can transform a face — the wrong amount in the wrong place is hard to undo. We titrate carefully and build up gradually over multiple sessions if needed.

Treatment Types

What’s available in our clinic.

We’ll talk through these in detail during your consultation and recommend what serves your goals — and what doesn’t.

Dermal Fillers

Restore, balance, contour.

Hyaluronic-acid-based fillers in the cheeks, midface, jawline, and chin. Multiple product families and densities — chosen to match the area, your anatomy, and your goals.

Kybella

Reduce submental fat.

An injectable that permanently dissolves fat cells under the chin. Most clients need 2–4 sessions, spaced about a month apart, for noticeable refinement.

Masseter Treatment

Soften a strong jawline.

A neuromodulator in the masseter muscle — reduces bulk in clients with prominent chewing muscles. Useful for jawline softening, teeth grinding, and TMJ symptoms.

What to expect at your consultation.

Your first visit to Aurum is a conversation — not a sales pitch. We’ll ask what you’d like to explore, look at your facial structure, talk about what’s bothering you, and outline options clearly. If we don’t think treatment is right for you right now, we’ll say so.

Step 01 — Conversation

We talk about what you’d like to change — more definition, more volume, less width, less fullness. We look at your facial proportions as a whole.

Step 02 — Assessment

We assess your bone structure, fat distribution, skin thickness, and the underlying muscle pattern. This determines which treatments are appropriate and which aren’t.

Step 03 — Treatment plan

We outline the product, the amount, the placement, and the expected timeline. Filler results are immediate; Kybella results develop over weeks as the body clears the dissolved fat.

Common questions.

Will filler look obvious?

Not when it’s done well. We build gradually and follow up at two weeks to assess. If the result isn’t what you wanted, hyaluronic-acid fillers can be dissolved — which is reassuring for first-time clients.

How long does filler last?

Depends on the product, the area, and your metabolism. Most hyaluronic-acid fillers last 6–18 months. Cheeks tend to last longer than lips.

Is Kybella permanent?

Yes — the fat cells destroyed by Kybella don’t regenerate. Maintaining a stable weight helps preserve results.

How much downtime is there?

Most clients return to normal activities immediately. Expect some swelling — particularly after Kybella, where swelling can be pronounced for 3–5 days.

What does it cost?

Pricing depends on the products used and the amount needed. We’ll provide a clear quote after assessment — no surprises.
