Treatment Area

Body & Waist.

Stubborn body fat, weakened core muscles, and skin laxity are the three concerns that bring most clients through our door for body work. The good news: there are well-established non-invasive treatments for each.

What we mean by body & waist.

These treatments fall into two broad categories: fat reduction (CoolSculpting uses controlled cooling to permanently destroy fat cells) and muscle building / skin tightening (Emsculpt NEO uses HIFEM and RF for muscle and fat, Emtone uses RF and pressure energy for skin laxity and cellulite). They’re complementary — many clients benefit from more than one.

Body treatments are not a substitute for diet, exercise, or weight-loss surgery. They’re for clients who are already in good shape and want to address specific concerns that haven’t responded to lifestyle changes alone.

Treatment Types

What’s available in our clinic.

We’ll talk through these in detail during your consultation and recommend what serves your goals — and what doesn’t.

CoolSculpting

Freeze away stubborn fat.

FDA-cleared cryolipolysis that permanently destroys fat cells in targeted areas. Common treatment areas include the abdomen, flanks, thighs, upper arms, and under the chin. No downtime, but results take 8–12 weeks to develop fully.

Emsculpt NEO

Build muscle, reduce fat.

Combines high-intensity focused electromagnetic (HIFEM) energy with radiofrequency to build muscle and reduce fat simultaneously. Most clients see measurable muscle definition after 4 sessions.

Emtone

Tighten and smooth.

Radiofrequency with targeted pressure energy for skin laxity and the appearance of cellulite. A non-invasive option for clients whose main concern is skin quality rather than fat reduction.

What to expect at your consultation.

Your first visit to Aurum is a conversation — not a sales pitch. We’ll ask what you’d like to explore, look at your target area, talk about what’s bothering you, and outline options clearly. If we don’t think treatment is right for you right now, we’ll say so.

Step 01 — Conversation

We talk about what you’d like to change and what you’ve already tried. We look at the area and discuss realistic outcomes.

Step 02 — Assessment

We assess your body composition, the area you’d like treated, your skin quality, and your overall health. Some clients are better candidates than others — we’ll be honest.

Step 03 — Treatment plan

A plan with the device, session frequency, expected timeline, and pricing. Most body treatments work as a course of 4–8 sessions.

Common questions.

Does CoolSculpting really work?

Yes — cryolipolysis has been studied extensively and produces measurable fat reduction in the treated area. The fat cells are permanently destroyed and cleared by the body over 8–12 weeks.

Is Emsculpt NEO the same as Emsculpt?

No — Emsculpt NEO adds radiofrequency to the original Emsculpt, allowing simultaneous fat reduction and muscle building. It’s the more effective option for most clients.

Will I lose weight?

These treatments aren’t weight-loss procedures. They’re body-contouring procedures — they refine shape and definition in specific areas. They won’t replace diet, exercise, or weight-loss surgery for clients whose primary need is significant weight loss.

How much downtime?

None for most body treatments. You may experience mild soreness, redness, or swelling for a few days, but you can return to normal activities immediately.

Are results permanent?

Fat cells destroyed by CoolSculpting don’t regenerate. Muscle mass built by Emsculpt NEO requires maintenance sessions to sustain. Skin quality from Emtone may need periodic top-up treatments.
