Lips.

Whether you’d like subtle volume, better definition, hydration, or softening of fine lines around the mouth — modern lip treatments can be calibrated to exactly the change you want.

What we mean by lips.

Lip treatments fall into two categories: those that add or restore volume (using hyaluronic-acid dermal fillers) and those that improve skin quality and hydration (using skin boosters or fine-line treatments). We’ll be honest about which approach serves your goals — and we’ll never push for more volume than you want.

Subtlety is the entire point. Your lip treatment should be invisible to anyone who doesn’t know you’ve had it done — while you, in the mirror, see exactly what you were after.

Treatment Types

What’s available in our clinic.

We’ll talk through these in detail during your consultation and recommend what serves your goals — and what doesn’t.

Lip Fillers

Volume, definition, hydration.

Hyaluronic-acid fillers chosen for your lip anatomy and goals. Conservative volumes in a first session; build-up over time. Multiple product options for shape vs. hydration vs. structure.

Lip Hydration

Skin boosters for lips.

Micro-injections of soft hyaluronic-acid-based products that improve lip hydration and texture without adding volume. A great option for clients who want their lips to look healthier without changing their shape.

Perioral Lines

Soften smoker's lines.

Fine lines above the upper lip — caused by years of expression, sun, and (often, but not always) smoking. Treatments include micro-filler, skin boosters, and resurfacing lasers.

What to expect at your consultation.

Your first visit to Aurum is a conversation — not a sales pitch. We’ll ask what you’d like to explore, look at your lips and surrounding skin, talk about what’s bothering you, and outline options clearly. If we don’t think treatment is right for you right now, we’ll say so.

Step 01 — Conversation

We talk about what you’d like — and what you’d like to leave alone. We look at your lip shape, balance, and existing definition.

Step 02 — Assessment

We assess lip symmetry, border definition, the ratio of upper to lower lip, and surrounding skin quality. We confirm you’re a good candidate and discuss realistic outcomes.

Step 03 — Treatment plan

We outline the product, the volume, and the placement. Most clients start conservatively and add at a two-week follow-up. Total appointment time is typically 30–45 minutes.

Common questions.

Will my lips look fake?

Only if we’re doing it wrong. Conservative dosing, careful placement, and product selection based on your anatomy — the result should look like a more hydrated, balanced version of your lips, not a different person’s.

How long do lip fillers last?

Most hyaluronic-acid lip fillers last 6–12 months. Lips are highly mobile, so the body metabolises the product faster than in less active areas.

Will it hurt?

The lips are sensitive, so we use a strong topical anaesthetic and many fillers contain lidocaine. Most clients describe the discomfort as mild and brief.

Can I wear lipstick afterwards?

We recommend waiting 24 hours after lip filler. After hydration treatments, the same applies. We’ll give you detailed aftercare instructions.

What if I don’t like it?

Hyaluronic-acid lip fillers can be dissolved. This is reassuring for first-time clients — if the result isn’t what you wanted, it can be undone.
