About Aurum

A clinic built on considered care.

Aurum was founded on a simple idea: aesthetic care should feel personal, unhurried, and grounded in real conversation — not on a transactional sales pitch.

Our Philosophy

Less, done well.

We don’t subscribe to the “more is more” approach. We subscribe to a more disciplined idea: do fewer things, do them carefully, and do them in a way that respects what each client actually wants.

Every client who walks through our door arrives with their own goals, their own concerns, their own history. We listen first. We map out options clearly. And we’ll always tell you what we don’t recommend — not just what we do.

This approach takes more time per client, but it builds long-term relationships based on trust. We’d rather be your clinic for the next decade than rush through a single visit.

What You’ll Experience

Considered at every step.

From the moment you contact us to your follow-up after treatment, the experience is built to feel calm, transparent, and respectful of your time.

Clear, honest conversations

We explain options in plain language and outline what’s realistic — and what isn’t — before any treatment begins.

No pressure, ever

If you don’t need a treatment, we’ll tell you. If you’re not ready, we’ll wait. If we don’t think we’re the right fit, we’ll say so.

Long-term thinking

Aesthetic care is a long game. We’d rather pace a plan over months and years than oversell a quick fix.

The Team

Meet the clinical team.

Aurum is led by a medical director and supported by a clinical team with years of experience in aesthetic medicine. Every plan is reviewed and signed off by Dr. Avila.

Demo note. Aurum is a fictional clinic used to demonstrate Glowgau’s AI clinic assistant. The team members below are placeholder personas with realistic-but-fictional credentials. We do not publish fake credentials, photos, or biographies. Please see the demo disclaimer.

Common questions.

What makes Aurum different?

The pace, the conversation, and the willingness to recommend less rather than more. We’re not trying to be the busiest clinic in the city — we’re trying to be the one you’d happily recommend to a friend.

Do I need a referral?

No referral is needed for a consultation. You can request one directly via our contact page and we’ll be in touch within one business day.

What if I’m not sure what I need?

That’s what consultations are for. We’ll listen to what you’d like to change, walk you through what’s available, and help you decide what feels right — including deciding that now isn’t the right time.

Can I bring a friend or partner?

Absolutely. Many clients find it helpful to have a trusted person with them, particularly at a first consultation. We’ll always ensure you have the space to ask anything you need to ask.
