Treatment Area

Forehead & Eyes.

Whether you're bothered by forehead lines, crow's feet, frown lines, or bunny lines, neuromodulator-based treatments can soften muscle movement that creates wrinkles — without freezing your natural expression.

What we mean by forehead & eyes.

Treatments in this area use neuromodulators — injectable proteins that temporarily relax specific facial muscles. Done well, they soften the lines that come from years of laughter, concentration, and sun, while preserving the natural movement that makes your face yours.

Conservative dosing is the principle. We titrate carefully, follow up after every session, and adjust based on how your muscles respond. You should always look like yourself — just refreshed.

Treatment Types

What’s available in our clinic.

We’ll talk through these in detail during your consultation and recommend what serves your goals — and what doesn’t.

Botox

The classic neuromodulator.

The most widely used injectable for Crow's feet, horizontal forehead lines, vertical frown lines between the brows, and bunny lines on the nose. Most appointments take 15 minutes.

Dysport

A faster-onset alternative.

Similar mechanism to Botox, often preferred for larger treatment areas due to its diffusion pattern. Results begin to show in 2–3 days.

Xeomin

A 'naked' formulation.

A purified neuromodulator without accessory proteins. May be a good option for clients who’ve developed tolerance to other neuromodulators.

What to expect at your consultation.

Your first visit to Aurum is a conversation — not a sales pitch. We’ll ask what you’d like to explore, look at your facial structure, talk about what’s bothering you, and outline options clearly. If we don’t think treatment is right for you right now, we’ll say so.

Step 01 — Conversation

We discuss what you’d like to soften — and what you’d like to leave alone. We look at your muscle pattern at rest and in motion.

Step 02 — Assessment

We map the muscles responsible for the lines you’d like addressed, check your medical history, and confirm you’re a good candidate for neuromodulator treatment.

Step 03 — Treatment plan

We outline the product, dosage, anticipated outcome, and timeline. Most clients return every 3–4 months for maintenance.

Common questions.

Will I look frozen?

No — we dose conservatively and adjust at your follow-up. Our approach is to soften expression, not eliminate it.

How long does it take?

Most appointments are 15–30 minutes from check-in to leaving. You can return to most activities immediately.

When will I see results?

Most clients begin seeing a difference within 3–5 days, with full results at two weeks.

Is it painful?

Most clients describe the injections as a brief pinching sensation. We use the smallest needles available and offer ice and vibration anaesthesia if helpful.

Are there side effects?

Mild redness, swelling, or bruising at the injection site is common and resolves within a few days. We’ll outline all risks and benefits at your consultation.
